    Enjoy a refined 1-bedroom condo on historic Swiss Avenue with a comfortable queen bed, full kitchen, Nespresso machine, 300 Mbps Wi-Fi, Smart TV, dedicated workspace, and in-unit washer/dryer. Guests also receive access to our off-site Gaston Wellness Retreat, about 5 minutes away, with a pool, sauna, cold plunge, gym, co-working lounge, and margarita machine. The jacuzzi/hot tub is currently unavailable for the season.

    Our team is available by phone, text, or through the booking platform if you need assistance during your stay. For in-person assistance, our Leasing Office is available from 9 AM–6 PM.

    Located on historic Swiss Avenue in Dallas, with convenient access to Downtown Dallas, Deep Ellum, Uptown, and Knox-Henderson. These areas are generally less than 10 minutes away by car or rideshare. Buckner Park is about a 10-minute walk away, with local dining, cafés, and entertainment nearby.

Great location for proximity to Baylor Hospital

Apartment in a very old building in East Dallas. Furnishings and decor are very nice.Floors are uneven from building settling. No hall light in back door entryway. Wood around door frame of back entry door is busted.We were there for baby in NICU at Baylor, and the location was ideal.
