"Enjoyed a wonderful weekend here for the Cowboys home opener! Our room was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff and restaurant staff were all very kind and welcoming. The restaurant went out of their way to accommodate my husband’s dietary restrictions and his meal was outstanding! We travel to Dallas quite often and this will now be our go to hotel. The only small issue we had was when we were eating at an outdoor table and a manager made us take our food to our room."

"Was nice to get checked in a little early. Lobby was nice and the check in staff very nice. Room was clean and spacious. Only complaint was that the shower is old and has very little pressure. Other than that great stay. Close to trains to airports. Very walkable to AA Arena for a game."

The hotel was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, and my room was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after a long day. The customer service truly stood out—everyone I encountered was friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. The atmosphere was upscale yet comfortable, and the location made getting around Dallas convenient. Overall, my experience exceeded my expectations. I felt welcomed, comfortable, and well taken care of throughout my entire stay. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend The Westin Dallas to anyone looking for a beautiful hotel with excellent service. 10/10 experience!"

"Room clean. Bed - horrible!! And yet - I had the best sleep I’ve had in YEARS!! No lie!! Staff - nonverbal and EFFICIENT Air conditioning took ALL NIGHT TO COOL and I never touched it, but I got up about 5-6am and threw on some leggings and a sweater and went straight back to sleep!! Parking - I did not park a car here NOR would I feel safe to do so. As a pedestrian, I exited the office and was more than halfway to my uber parked across and an INSANE PERSON nearly hit (and would have injured or possibly even killed me yay) me."
