Updates have been made, but the entirety of the apartment has not been completely stripped. This 575 sqft unit is on the third floor of a Garden Style apartment complex. The apartment complex was built in the 1990s. Guests should not expect a newly built apartment. Guests have private access to the entire apartment and balcony! Amenities: Seasonal swimming pool. Shared with the other guests in the complex. Free parking with parking tag provided. Short distance to eateries and Walmart. RICHARDSON / NORTH DALLAS AREA - GREAT ACCESS TO FWY 75 & 635! CAN GET TO ALL PARTS OF DALLAS EASILY! DOWNTOWN OR PLANO WITHIN 15 MINUTES! RICHARDSON OR MEDICAL CITY DALLAS IS 10 MINUTES. The property is a small apartment complex consisting of 36 apartment homes. There are a few Airbnb units in this complex. All units has the same floor plan and size. If we are fully occupied on the unit you want please ask about our other units.. The neighborhood is in north Dallas. Great for an easy and short commute to places of work, major medical centers, SMU university, entertainment and event venues. You may hear traffic noise from the property as we are convenient access to major roads. We offer a nicely appointed & affordable stay in Dallas. We look forward to hosting you. PLEASE NOTE: This apartment is located inside a gated/fenced 30+ unit building. The complex was built in the 1990s and occasional noises from neighboring apartments may apply. The property borders two auto shops. Located off a side road to the freeway. Urban noises are to be expected during business hours and occasionally on non business hours. Expect noise level medium-high. LATE FEE: Check our time is strictly at 11am. We do not offer late check outs. Our late fee is $100\. We pay our professional cleaning service for each hour of time spent at the unit. We also often have an incoming guest the same day. We need the time to get the unit ready. Thank you for understanding that that the check out is firm by 11am. SMOKING: PROHIBITED. If any trace of smoke/smoking will result in a $500 fine We are very strict on this house rule. Refunds are NOT eligible for allergies. PARTIES: No other guests than registered guests allowed. No Parties. PET RULES: Guests are required to clean up after pets and pet dander while staying in the Airbnb. Dogs are not allowed to lay on couches, beds, or furniture. Please do not leave your pet inside the unit unsupervised for longer than 4 hours. ALL DOGS must be up to date on pest control and their vaccines. \*No pets without prior arrangement. $200 fine. The worst part about my stay was the cleanliness of the unit. it wasn’t fully cleaned prior to me getting there. On top of that there was bed bugs. I had to cut my stay short due to them making me leave for 2 days to have “pest control” do their cleaning and then i get back into the unit and nothings changed. Other than the bed bugs the unit was as expected and the management team was understanding and easy to communicate with. ##### Orlando C.
