Updates have been made, but the entirety of the apartment has not been completely stripped. The apartment is older, and guests shouldn\`t expect a newly built apartment. This 575 sqft unit is on the 2nd floor of a Garden Style apartment complex. Guests have access to the amenities of the building, which include: Seasonal Pool Free Parking Private Balcony Neighborhood is easy access to the freeways and most places in Dallas. Places to eat nearby is What-a-burger and a Vietnamese food mall. Walmart is within walking distance. Medical clinic and Chase Bank is also within walking distance. Located off a side road to the freeway. The apartment complex borders two auto shops. Urban noises are to be expected during business hours and occasionally on non business hours. Expect medium-high noise levels. LATE FEE: Check out time is strictly at 11am. We do not offer late check outs. Our late fee is $100\. We pay our professional cleaning service for each hour of time spent at the unit. We also often have an incoming guest the same day. We need the time to get the unit ready.
