Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. ($500 fee for every violation) Late Check-Out Fee: Check-out time is important so that we can prepare for the next guest. If you need more time, please let me know in advance, as a late check-out will attract an hourly fee. The apartment was very clean, but we did not feel safe in the neighborhood. One of the sliding glass doors did not lock, and the parking area was very limited.
