The video version of this property is quite different than what you experience when you get there. The street in the video looks very open and very safe.When you get there, it's quite crowded.There's an apartment complex being built on the side of it and a house right next to it. The property itself is an old apartment complex that has been updated with some new things. Many of the things in the apartment were not totally working correctly. I will say the location in relation to the medical center and to downtown is excellent. I was on a business trip and it was close to my favorite restaurants to visit while in town. Upon arrival I was definitely more dingy than I expected. Meaning some maintenance of repairing floors, and painting was needed. Upon further review there was lil black hairs in the bed. Think a man’s body hair. Obviously the sheets had not been washed. The carpet also had caked hair in it. Like an animal had been there for several days but carpet hadn’t been vacuumed after. There were even crumbs in the bar stools. I am currently trying to get my money back because I could not bring myself to stay there.
