This COSMOS House is a newly built home designed with entertainment intention throughout! With a spacious and open concept layout, you will quickly fall in love with every detail! The star of the home is the ultimate at-home bar and casino located in the backyard garage! The converted bar features proper water hook ups as well as a functional tap so take advantage and bring a professional bartender for your next cocktail dinner in our stylish home! This proper built in bar is perfect for fabulous nights in, sip on your favorite cocktail while admiring the Dallas skyline mural or playing poker at the casino table! The bar opens up to the spacious backyard that features a firepit to cozy up next to, as well as a shaded picnic area!  
  
Kick back and relax in the modern living space that features a fireplace, a comfy large sectional as well as a 65” HDTV for all your watching needs! As you move onto the kitchen area, you'll notice there is every at-home chef's dream, a gas stove! Perfect to cook up a big feast and serve it on the beautiful modern dining table that seats 8, additional seating can be found on the oversized kitchen island for 2! Take advantage of the full kitchen and dining and host a fabulous dinner party! Also included in the kitchen is a coffee station for the caffeine lovers out there!   
  
With a total of 5 bedrooms, this home is ideal for large groups and families looking to entertain! There's plenty of space throughout to accommodate up to 16 guests comfortably. The first and second bedroom features two plush queen beds each for a great night's rest! Catch up on some sleep in the third bedroom that features a sofa bed as well as a queen bed! The fourth bedroom contains a full and twin size bunk bed as well as a crib for your little ones! Unwind in the master bedroom that has an oh so comfy king bed for all your relaxing needs! The master bathroom features double sinks for your convenience and a spacious luxurious walk-in shower! Pamper yourself in the second full bathroom that also has double sinks and a stand-shower/tub combination. The third full bathroom has features a single sink and a walk-in shower. This glamorous home has everything you need to entertain comfortably and fabulously!  
  
Three House rules   
No Disruptive parties - Events with loud music, parking violations, excessive drinking, take place primarily at night, and 25+ people are not allowed.  
  
Smoking is not permitted inside ($400 fine), no tampering with cameras/security devices, no DJs or large sound systems (Only regular speakers).   
  
First 16 guests are included by the base rate which includes everyone visiting and spending the night. Keep all guests and noise inside after 10:00 PM

#### DALLAS STAY JULY 2024

THE DOWNSTAIRS AND OUTSIDE SPACE WAS AWESOME!!! 1 complaint is air upstairs it was very hot because the owner controls the air once we talked about he adjusted, and all went well. Communication was good, I will stay again.
