They charged my card 4 times for the same amount locking my card. I had issues with my bank. I was then charged the 200 deposit on top of 4 times the amount due to them continuously charging my card over 1200 when my booking was 386\. Once that was situated I requested extended check out well in advance because my mother, whose birthday it was wasn’t ready. On check out day I had to grab a few things while still contacting the host. No answer. When I got back my mom was downstairs waiting. They put my 58 year old mom out by security having her walking ALL OF OUR BAGS while she waited for me to return. Also the neighbors were rude and were on drugs. Security were not on their job. Also there was 2 girls that were really drunk being escorted by these suspicious guys and a woman. They girls couldn’t even walk. We hope nothing bad happens to them. We told security and he did nothing. He was more so worried about people staying out of the gym after hours. This was a horrible stay. Horrible host. Horrible parking.
