It was absolutely amazing its in a great location and is close to downtown restaurants and bars and shops not to far from the malls and family activities. We loved our stay and will definitely be back soon

#### Cute place

I love the apartment. However, it is located in downtown. Park across the street has ALOT of homeless individuals that loiter around...even at the entrance of the building. I was glad that I was with a male friend to feel safe.

The loft was absolutely amazing with incredible city views. Staff were quick to respond to some initial hiccups which didnt detract from the overall experience. Location is awful and NOT SAFE for walking anywhere despite the property being so conveniently close to everything downtown. Uber service is fantastic though and very affordable with quick trips.

#### We were left with no place to stay

Arrived @ 3 pm at property. We had no checkin instructions. Called and they send me the wrong property address to check in. After 30 minutes on hold they decided it was double booked. They blamed VRBO for double booking. Nobody will call me. No refund has been provided!
