The unit itself was great! The elevator in the building was not able to keep up with the amount of volume and wait times exceeded 10 minutes at times. Very close to convention center and restaurants!

#### Nice Unit But….

The unit was very nice, clean, and well stocked with all of the expected household essentials. The listing stated valet parking was included however the valet service was full and I had to find and pay for offsite parking. I messaged the property manager regarding the parking and didn’t receive a response which was disappointing. The general areas of the building had a strong smell of marijuana and Febreeze on two of our three nights stay. The outside area of the property and surrounding area is littered with trash and has an over abundance of homeless people sleeping on the sidewalks. Additionally, only one of the three elevators was operational which caused upwards of 30 minute wait times for the one functioning elevator.

Loved the property. View was amazing. Overall fantastic place. The only challenge was valet. They were continually backed up. The hot water would run out with four of us showering back to back.
