Home is fully furnished with everything you need for your stay. Just a few blocks away are tons of areas to eat, sit and enjoy a drink and take In the nice historic area. The parking situation was very frustrating, with limited spots on the Sunday I arrived. Once inside, things didn’t improve much. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable, making it hard to get any rest. On top of that, the bedsheet had some minor stains, which was pretty off-putting. The worst part? The power was cut off during my stay because the owner apparently forgot to pay the electric bill. This caused me a major inconvenience as I had to get ready for an appointment in the dark and shower with no hot water as the unit has a tankless water heater. I love the area of Dallas where this unit is located as there are so many great things to do within walking distance. However, I wouldn’t recommend this rental unless these issues are addressed. ##### Brent S.
