On the first floor, you have a bedroom with a queen bed and it’s own bathroom with a shower and a toilet. Spacious Living room with high ceilings. Separate Dining area with view of the backyard area.  
Laundry room is downstairs tucked under the stairs that lead upstairs to the master bedroom, which has a Kingbed and an attached bathroom. 2nd room has twin beds that can combine into a King bed allowing flexibility to comfortably host up to 6 guests comfortably.
