"The room was not properly cleaned, and it was disappointing to find the toilet in that condition. When I mentioned it at check-out, the staff response was just ‘ok,’ with no apology. The parking situation was also misleading. The hotel advertises free parking, but it is actually first come, first served, with only about 20 spots for about 200 rooms. Since no spots were available, we had to pay $60 for 12 hours of parking in sandman hotel, next to them. "

I was traveling alone with three children and a dog and the valet staff kindly helped bring our belongings to the room and look after our vehicle during check-in. The cleaning staff made several attempts to refresh the room with clean towels etc while we were out * about which demonstrated excellent customer service. "
