The room didn't have a sea view, and the staff refused to upgrade me to a better room without extra charges, despite the hotel being empty. "Great hotel with beach front. Comfortable room and very kind and helpful staff. Loved my stay and highly recommend especially the Hammam experience at the spa. The view is amazing and the lagoon is just a few steps from the room. The breakfast buffet has a lot of options to choose from and as a vegan I was always able to find something."
