"Great location, staff were very friendly and helpful. Dinner and breakfast buffets were delightful!
Just be aware of dated facilities, like others have mentioned. "
"Staff is very polite and professional. However, the place it has only one indoor bath and nothing really impressive but is nice for staying if you just want to rest."

"The apartment has 2 bedrooms but one was empty and the bedding was locked! There were 2 beds in what would be the kitchen/dining/living area but privacy-wise these were not ideal. This also meant that the living room area couldn't really be used (all while a bedroom sat empty). We did eventually get access to the bedding in the bedroom and this improved our comfort level some what. The shower and toilet are seperate and on different floors, which took some getting used to. The apartment is however quite spacious and clean.
The check in process is automated, (perhaps to a call centre) which we are not fans of."
"Friendly service and good hot natural onsen with nice, great assortment of dishes for dinner and breakfast buffet. The room is nice clean and bed is comfortable. very fast wifi. Everything went well and exceeded expectations"
"Check-in was fast and the staff was friendly. The room was spacious and clean. However, the tempurature in the room was too warm and I wasn't able to get the AC working so I had to leave a window slightly open to cool down. This might be because the hotel is in the mountains, so there was a big difference in outdoor and indoor tempurature that I didn't adjust to. Anyways, it's a walkable distance from the Asahidake Ropeway, and there's a short marsh hiking path nearby. It's a long drive to the hotel, so I would mainly recommend it if you want to go to hiking on Mount Asahidake."
