Your holiday home is located on the 5th floor of the Berolina building and accommodates up to 4 people:

- Living room/bedroom with a cosy corner couch, armchair, and TV,
direct access to the furnished balcony,
sleeping area with a double bed (2 single mattresses, 90x200 cm) and a wardrobe
- separate bedroom with a sleeper sofa (120x180 cm), folding table, closet, and TV
- kitchen with dishwasher and dining area for 4 people
- Bathroom with shower and toilet

Swim in the on-site swimming pool (15 m long, 8 m wide, and 1.20 m deep, with a separate toddler pool, for the exclusive use of guests and owners of the Berolina), relax on the sunbed (for a fee), work up a sweat playing table tennis (please bring your own paddles), test your accuracy at darts (please bring your own darts), panoramic views of the Baltic Sea from three rooftop terraces...

A beach chair from the Hoffmann beach chair rental service is available for your free use from April 1 through September 30.

Relaxation begins the moment you arrive: Park your car in the building’s underground garage and reach your apartment comfortably by lift.

Dogs are welcome in this accommodation! Smoking is permitted only on the balcony!

Additional Extras:
You can store the bicycles you bring with you in one of the two basement rooms in Building An or in the bicycle storage room on the ground floor between Buildings An and B. In Building D, there is a shared laundry room on each of floors 1–4, equipped with a washing machine and dryer (for a fee). The accommodation includes one parking space in the underground garage (185 cm clearance height).

IMPORTANT - Good to know: The swimming pool will be closed in 2027 from calendar week 01 through calendar week 11!
