"Very clean and friendly staff. The manager was very helpful, because Expedia messed up with my booking of my room, and the staff at the front desk couldn’t find my reservation. So they had to find me an alternate room. Thanks Expedia!!!"

"Neighborhood and house was as expected. Had a question about arrival time. Asked a day in advance. Didn’t receive an answer until late the following day. Not a big deal but definitely puts you on alert for what’s to come. The house was fine. Everything worked. However it wasn’t very clean. The counters and tables had crumbs and coffee grounds all over. The table has grooves in the top. Full of debris. I wiped it all down with sanitizer wipes. They were literally brown after that. The coffee pot and keurig had old grounds in them. I really made me question everything in the house. So much so, we ended up leaving a day early. I let the property manager know. She didn’t really seem to mind. I guess she can’t really do much. "

" We were surprised when we arrived to see items on the front lawn and the doorbell wrapped in duct tape and the front door with noticeable paint missing. The inside of the house was fine, but it is rustic - base boards need painting, closets are not finished, permanent stain in the bathroom sink, some of the comforters had stains, and there was a used bar of soap left in the shower.The house is in a nice neighborhood and it is within walking distance to some shops and easy driving distance to many of the places a person would want to visit in Buffalo."
