" We were surprised when we arrived to see items on the front lawn and the doorbell wrapped in duct tape and the front door with noticeable paint missing. The inside of the house was fine, but it is rustic - base boards need painting, closets are not finished, permanent stain in the bathroom sink, some of the comforters had stains, and there was a used bar of soap left in the shower.The house is in a nice neighborhood and it is within walking distance to some shops and easy driving distance to many of the places a person would want to visit in Buffalo."

"We had issues trying to check-in. The driveway was not plowed and dangerous for one of the guests with a cane. The walkway not shoveled and steps icy. Trash can broken, plates in cupboard were wet and gross, wifi not working - no password didn't work; and no checkout instructions provided despite being asked multiple times"

"The host was very informative and provided all information needed for our stsy. The property was clean and beds all had new bedding. The host provided full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash which is super helpful when traveling. The only challenge was temperature regulation. The thermostat would reset every 1 1/2 hours and drop to 56 degrees. We had to keep resetting, even having to wake up during the night to reset. "
