But once we called and he arrived, it was an awesome place to stay. Loved the location in historic Tainan (only street parking a couple blocks away available) and all four of us found it very roomy with a nice shared sitting area/kitchen outside our private room. And free snacks upon arrival. Although the hotel does not provide bottled water, each floor is equipped with a water dispenser offering cold, warm, and hot water at any time, which is very convenient. The staff provide attentive and thoughtful service. At check-in, guests are warmly welcomed with a complimentary plate of fresh fruit, which was a lovely touch. The hotel is very reasonably priced, especially considering that breakfast is included. The breakfast selection is varied, and the dining area is clean and comfortable. The location is excellent—centrally located with many good restaurants nearby. Major attractions and the train station are within walking distance, making transportation extremely convenient. Overall, we felt very fortunate to have stayed at this hotel, and would highly recommend it."
