Nice property that is just a short ride away from Hoi An old town. Five minute walk across the street is a nice little beach. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety of foods and the overall service of the hotel is excellent.

The staff make this hotel a joy to stay at.Smokers around the pool area were a pain.Room was as described with english tv stations available on large screen.Hotel is not ocean front so dont expect large ocean views and next time I would ask for pool view as road noise is disturbing and party noise from beach bars across the road was a problem but they dont go late,about 10pm, so not to bad.Very hot when we were there,35_39 degrees in july so be aware.Easy access to Hoi an old town with free hotel shuttle or grab.Another plus,they have an agreement with a beach bar,pool,across the road that was very welcome and free as non guests have to pay 130,000 dong.Just go and enjoy the food and the people.
