I love the room! It was spacious with a big bed, and a small kitchenette for those nights you wanna stay in for dinner. The staff were super attentive and helpful. I’ll definitely consider rebooking the next time I’m in Đà Nẵng!

I stayed here with 2 others and it was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Extremely clean, helpful staff, and my room was very spacious. There is free laundry on site, a cafe, and breakfast buffet. The location is good and I had no issues with the property. The staff are kind and helpful, and go above and beyond to make your experience better. I would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel to others.

Thank you for making our stay memorable in Da Nang! We truly appreciated the staff’s warmth, kindness and helpfulness! Shout out to Rinh who helped us with restaurant recommendations/Grab and Minh who helped us find the cutest boutique hotel for a one night’s stay in Hoi An! We also loved and looked forward to the hotel breakfast every morning with its variety of traditional and Western foods! Thank you for making our stay feel special! We hope to be back in the future!

The room is spacious, clean and tidy. It's fully equipped from kitchen, microwave and fridge, Youtube TV. The staff is also kind and well-trained. The breakfast is good even though they don't have many choices. I highly recommend it. The rooftop is perfect, overlooking city with peace.

Excellent location, 10 minutes walk from the beach The room is clean and tidy, the interior decoration has a classy feel, the rooftop pool is very beautiful, stayed 5 nights feel comfortable and satisfied ~ The reception staff was patient and courteous and was very positive in responding to emergencies. The breakfast is delicious with fresh noodles everyday. The washing machine and dryer is free for use.

The HEM hotel is a great located place to stay in Da Nang. 5 minutes from the beach and 15 minutes away from Dragon Bridge ( by foot ). The team at the hotel are friendly and helpful and always greet you with a smile and a Xin Chao ( hello ). The rooms are spacious and well layed out. The shower facilities were really good and the daily house cleaning team were very good.The breakfast selection is great and caters for all nationalties. We have been to Da Nang 3 times and the HEM hotel made it another unforgettable 3 weeks. We don't normally stay in the same hotel twice but next year we may well return the HEM. Overall, it was nice. The breakfast offering was a little bit of a letdown if you arrived too late. Also had to ask two times to get an ancillary room key and couldn’t get a straight answer why it was not available. There was roadwork happening right in front of the property, which is fully understandable. However, my shoes got ruined because there was literally no choice but to walk on the stick tar. I saw guests from neighboring properties being given bags for their shoes so they could walk off safely without them being damaged.

Great location. Cute little cafe across the way. The hotel was about 10-15 minutes away from Airport but they are very close to the Beach and An Thuong Tourist Street. The breakfast is good and many selections. The staff are well-trained and kind.

Most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept on in Vietnam. And that says a lot because we’ve been to over a couple of dozens of hotels/resorts all over Vietnam. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was clean with all the kitchen amenities you would need. We stayed for over 20 days. I ended up booking a room for my cousin and his wife to stay with us.
