The friendly staff were always smiling and ready to help with anything we needed, the river view room we had was very large and had the most comfortable bed we’d seen in Asia hands down!! The woman on reception was very nice and offered to find us a new room, but given the state of our original room and the hotel common areas, we felt that any room was going to be in a similar state.
