We showed them the problems and they ‘upgraded’ us, this from was slightly better but the bathroom door still didn’t lock. The pool was closed from 10-4 (peak time) so you can’t access it at all, and half of the adversitied amenities aren’t available. The breakfast was terrible with the only positive was a fried egg and plain toast. Expedia say it’s 3.5 stars, the front of the hotel says 3 stars and the business cards say 4\. I have stayed in hostels and 2 star hotels 10x better than this. Avoid!!!
