The receeption staff, especially Nhi and Thanh was ftiendly, helpful. One can see that they were very well trained. The breakfast buffet was not great.However, the Ukranian lady who was attending there was very nice, courteous and professional.

Très bon hotel et proche de la mer. Chambre confortable. Très bon service, personnel top, le petit déjeuner peut même être servi en chambre. Par contre, les cocktails du bar de la piscine ne sont pas bons.

A great hotel with fantastic staff.I was made to feel very welcome from the moment I stepped in to the hotel.My room great and on the 9th floor which meant I had a great view over the city which lit up at night.A 2 minute walk to the wonderful my kye beach which you could see from the amazing rooftop pool.Have a drink one evening up there by the pool and watch the sun go down and see the fantastic pool and city light up,amazing.The buffet breakfast was very good to and catered for all nationalites with its wide choice of foods.All the staff were fantastic but I must mention lilly,mary and kim who really made that extra effort to make sure you were ok every time they saw you and very helpful with places to go and see.Ba na hills and the golden bridge are a must do while you are there.Just 40 minutes by taxi and a amazing cable car ride up to the place high up on the hills overlooking da nang.Also the dragon bridge at night and the lady budda staue overlooking the bay to is a must see.

Service and proximity to beach was great. Smoke smell and some mold in the front area of room put a damper on things. WiFi was spotty on our floor. Lady who oversees the breakfast was helpful and attentive.

The hotel was great, staff very friendly and ready to help (english is available), breakfast was great, and the infinity pool is beautiful. 5 minute walk from the beach. My only complaint is that the Air Conditioner did not work well, so the room was hot at night

Queen Finger Hotel is excellent place to stay with family. They provide us family room which is tidy & clean. The hotel staff is polite and helpful. Beach is 10 min walking from hotel. The roof top swimming pool is excellent. The breakfast is plentiful but lack of vegetarian dishes. However, one or two Indian restaurant is nearby so we won't face any issue. Altogether, I have excellent stay here and surely recommend to fellow travelers.

Great hotel near beach
Very central location to beach and great food! The infinity pool was wonderful with outstanding views. Tahi working at the bar is a delite. The entire staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was yummy and plentiful. Room was comfortable and everything we needed. Mini fridge could have been colder. We didn’t address the situation, so no knock for that. We would stay again.

We got transferred to another hotel when we booked for the Queens finger were not to impressed that we got transferred to another hotel without being informed. Not happy with Hotels.com.au won’t do any future bookings with them they are robotic to deal with any don’t have any customer focused service. Queens finger were fantastic they transferred us to our next accommodation courtesy due to muck up with being transferred.

Lovely Hotel in a great neighborhood.
The hotel is in a very cool neighborhood and just two blocks from the beach. The infinity pool is small and it has a great view of Danang. There are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. Taxis are inexpensive. You can't beat the price and the breakfast is great. I would definitely return to this hotel.

As I travel Viet Nam, I have learned to only book places for a few days just in case you don't like it. I did the same when I book my stay at the Queen's Finger. After staying there one night, I decided to book the rest of my stay in Danang totaling about a 3 week stay at this hotel. Everything about this hotel is nice. I love sitting outside and enjoying the view of Danang City from the pool. The breakfast buffet is nice with great service. The staff is first class and friendly. Everyone I've come in contact with are very nice and polite. One staff member that stands out, for me, is Julia (Huyen). She is always smiling and greets me with such warmness when I went to have my breakfast. It is truly a great way to start the day. My trip was extended because I caught a horrible flu. The staff learned of my sickness and sent Ginger/lime/honey to my room. I didn't want to touch anything so at the buffet they would help me with getting food. I appreciate staff members like Aria for helping me with this. I truly appreciated everyone I came into contact with and the hotel was such a nice place to spend a long time at. That said, I would highly recommend this hotel. It is a 3 Star but you get 5 Star service

wonderful hotel with very friendly staff. we felt very welcomed. good location near beach but there is a lot of building work going on in the da nang area so don't wear sandals when walking around. the pool in the hotel was great and there is a lovely Italian restaurant next door where we went for 2 nights in a row :)

Awesome Stay in Da Nang!
Our 6 nights stay last Feb 5-11 in Queen’s Finger Hotel were very good.Weeere given a free pick up from airport to hotel.Our room was always clean upon returning from our tour.The two ladies Miss Lilly and Miss Aria were so accommodating with our needs.Our breakfast buffet is very satisfying.It is we’re we encountered for the first time a small green apple fruit but tastes like a pear.We love it.The WiFi is available automatic everywhere inside the hotel.We don’t have to use password.We will not hesitate to come in this hotel.And surely we will recommend it to our friends.

Really enjoyable stay at this hotel can't really find much fault in it for the money we paid. 5 mins from the beach and a couple of really nice places to eat. Although it's quite far from the city centre. The only negative I would have is that there's a rooftop bar at the hotel but the 3 times I went to get a drink there nobody was there serving. Other than that a really good hotel. With fantastic views from the rooftop pool.

Was ok, not special. Surprised to be the only non-Asian staying at the hotel. Easy to walk to the beach, but general area full of vacant lots, trash, cranes/building. As mentioned, room seemed smaller because of odd partition. Staff pleasant, though some struggle with English. Went to rooftop pool/bar. Nice view. No bartender, even when requested, so I left. Price ok. I would stay some place else next time.

3 girls travel to Da Nang and Hoi An. Hotel arranged the higher floors for us. The air conditioners is very noisy and the engineer was off on sat. So we requested to change room. Seems ok. When we took the shower , the water leak from the shower room out to toilet. The glass shower area cannot stop the water to leak. So we request the extra towel to put on the floor. The room size is quite small for 3 bed rooms. But people in hotel is very nice. Especially the reception girl, I forgot to ask the name. She help me to arrange car pick up from the Hoi An hotel. And introduce delicious beef noodle restaurant. The breakfast is quite lot of choice. I will consider to stay again. The hotel close to beach and have free shuttle electric car after 4 pm.

Very comfortable and welcoming budget hotel.
Enjoyed our stay at Queens Finger Hotel very much. Excellent value, clean and comfortable. Staff were worked at a pace but remained excellent hosts. Roof top pool a nice bonus for views, evening drinks and a dip. Great quality and taste in the restaurant - rice noodles with home made fish sauce for brekky a new favourite.

Amazing hotel and staff for an amazing price!
The hotel was well presented, very clean and modern, the staff were very friendly, helpful and informative. Though the room (1 queen and 1 single) was small it was very comfortable and clean, the double shower was great! We really liked the buffet breakfast with a good variety each morning and with the option to order cooked eggs however you liked it. The breakfast/restaurant (floor 2) was very spacious and well layed out. Like the other hotel staff, the restaurant staff were very attentive and friendly, with a couple who could speak english very well (but we talked to her in Vietnamese anyway). We will definitely stay at the Queen's Finger next time we are in Da Nang! The experience was way above the bargain price we paid per night!

It was amazing. Nice staff friendly and warm. The receptionist was amazing so friendly and helpful. The guy at the pool and at breakfast was very friendly and want you to enjoy your stay. Great room I asked for a free upgrade jokingly and they gave it to me. The room was awsome and clean. The roof top pool was nice and great view. I will stay here again for sure. They do need to change the distance on there the listing it is closer then 1500 yards to the beach. Great

Excellent hotel and great staff. Their contracted Tour company should not be used (one hour late for 5 hour tour), Breakfast buffet needs better management (coffee cold). Highly recommend Hotel.

Staff went out of there way to help you, so friendly! We got a free upgrade on arrival Modern and clean Although the room was a bit small and lacking free soap and shampoo Roof top pool was stunning but cold! Great for a short stay!
