It’s on a very main road though so you can hear honking late at night and early in the morning. There is a 24 hour minimart right next door that was convenient and an ATM. We rented a motorbike from the hotel which was also convenient. We have been overwhelmed with how friendly staff have been in Vietnam and just didn’t get that vibe from this hotel. There was a buffet breakfast 2 mornings (it was so-so, and the staff seemed very confused that we wanted to eat there and we would pay, it wasn’t included in our room rate) and then the third morning the restaurant was empty. When we asked about breakfast they said that it was a-la-cart and you had to order the day before. When our motorbike ran out of gas at night and the gas station was closed, we walked the bike back to the hotel and they showed us Google translate on their phone “bike broken, you pay”. S ochtends werden we om 7u wakker gemaakt door geboor. Bij navraag, kregen we excuus en de uitleg dat er werkzaamheden waren. Naast excuus geen compensatie gekregen, vond dit slechte service en zou daarom het hotel niet aanraden. The check out reception is a lot better, at least 60%. II don’t expect the reception can speak another language in different country, but have to have a way to communicate . The worst thing I don’t like is the toilet is right next to the shower without any separation, so every time after you take the shower, the toilet will be wet. You need to take the toilet paper to a safe place to make sure won’t get wet. The housekeeping is doing a good job, the room is clean.
