Unfortunately, the actual experience was very disappointing. The main issue was the unfriendly and rude behavior of the staff, especially the kitchen/breakfast attendant. During breakfast, the staff member was impatient, unwelcoming, and spoke in a rude tone. It felt uncomfortable and completely lacking in basic hospitality. Simple interactions felt like an inconvenience to them. Because this hotel was promoted positively on Expedia, my expectations were much higher. Sadly, the staff attitude—particularly in the breakfast area—did not match what was advertised or expected from a hotel listed on a major booking platform. Management seriously needs to improve staff training, especially for guest-facing roles. Its possible to get a free bike from the hotel and drive to Banana Hills. Da Nang is most likely one of the best holiday cities in Southeast-Asia. He looks very serious all the time. On the rooftop I said hi to him. He said "take off your sandles" instead of saying hi back. I felt awful. This hotel should put up the sign about sandles. And the nicest thing is that the staff there are very nice and kind hearted. It was my birthday and they prepared a birthday cake for me just because the staff check on my birthday date when doing a copy of my passport! And the other staff also know this and say happy birthday to me with friendly smiles everywhere.
