Right in the middle between beach and town.

Convenient with grocery shopping nearby. a good walk to downtown.very nice view of the pool in a fair size balcony. Staff tried very hard to try to please even during TET limited tour avail.

Nice hotel staffs... We arrived at late lunch and they invited me to their homemade banh xeo (Vietnamese crepe)... The only downturn was they charged us extra for children, not much but it made my wife was not happy because it caught her surprised.

Zeer goed hotel!

Het hotel ligt rustig gelegen, maar met de fiets (gratis te leen bij het hotel) ben je zo in het oude centrum van Hoi An. Het hotel heeft ruime, schone kamers met een mooie badkamer. Een heerlijk ontbijt, een zeer vriendelijke staf en het zwembad is ook zeker een plus!

Leuk hotel met zwembad en gratis fietsen

We werden er ongelooflijk vriendelijk ontvangen. Een ruime kamer met een balkon met zicht op het zwembad . Heel hygiënisch, badkamer en bed netjes. Een eindje van de binnenstad af maar door de gratis fietsen geen probleem. Niet ver van de zee. Zeker voor de prijs die we betaalden. Kortom een aanrader.

Fantastic staff and a home away from home.

Traveled with my husband and 2 adult daughters in January 2018. The staff, Nhi and Hoa (sorry if spelled wrong) were absolutely fantastic and nothing was too much trouble for them. They were so helpful, friendly and always had a smile. The rooms and bathrooms were very big, spacious and clean. The balcony was lovely to sit on with a glass of wine in the cool of the evening, looking down on the beautiful pool area. Breakfast was lovely and they were flexible with times. The pool was so refreshing after cycling around town on the bikes in 33 degree heat. The hotel is down a quiet street which made for good sleep after coming from noisy cities. We sadly only had 3 nights there and we wished we could have stayed longer. Excellent location close to town and the beach and numerous restaurants within walking distance. It was by far our favorite accommodation in Vietnam and thank you girls for looking after us so well. We hope to be back some day :-)

lovely hotel close to the centre of town.

Our stay at this hotel was very memorable, enjoyable and filled with experiences that have made our time in Vietnam absolutely amazing. We loved the staff they were very friendly and the rooms were beautiful. Exceptional service and help for us getting around Hoi An itself as well as organising tours! We absolutely adored our stay and highly recommend for anyone travelling to Hoi An!

Great value

The staff members were very friendly and helpful. I noticed in other reviews that some people said that they were too pushy when trying to get you to book tours. We were offered this help but once we replied with, "no thanks, we're going to organise everything over selves" there was no problem. we found that they were really just trying to be helpful. The place was very nice. The room was lovely, much better than what you'd expect from a 2 star place. Breakfast was made to order and you could have as much as you liked. The best part was being able to take bikes to cycles into the town or to the beach whenever you wanted.

Nice piece of vietnam

This hotel is very nice and quiet at night away from the night life but walking distance to the entertainment. The staff is very good they really go out of there way to make sure you know everything from excursions discounts to clothes shop to get more dong for your bucks. If you don't want to walk they let you use their bikes free of charge. The owner of the resort is very greatful for your business and sat down with me and other guest asking what could he do to make the resort feel more like home

Great hotel in quiet location.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights with a last minute booking due to a change of plans for our trip. Everything was excellent. The hotel organised a reasonably priced car to pick us up from the airport and drop us at the train station 2 days later. As mentioned everything else was also great: the staff were always willing to help, the provided bicycles were handy (as were the umbrellas when it was wet), the included breakfast was good, the room was very clean, modern and spacious. Given all of the above we also felt we got excellent value for our money.
