We stayed one night because we were inbetween late flights and our next destination. Everything went smoothly. Hotel is clean, quiet, exactly the quick rest/stop we needed. Close to airport, restaurants, easy access to beach. Hoi An approx. costs $18 CAD to get to. Breakfast was worth it. Must mention that it was hard to communicate via email. (my phone only allows data so I could not call in)

Very nice clean boutique hotel for the money. We came as a group, some had the rooms with expansive views, some had partial view. But the hotel is right across from the beach so it really didn't matter that much regardless of the room choices IMHO. The rooms were definitely adequate in terms of size for two people (we all had the king bed I think). The pool was under repair during our stay so didn't get to use it - but like I said - we were right across from the beach, There is a convenient store right next door is a huge plus. You can get almost anything from snacks, to sun lotion, to beer and wine there. Overall, for the affordable price, this is an excellent hotel.

We booked this hotel while visiting Da Nang and only wish we could have stayed longer! The property is gorgeous and right across the street from the beach. It's an easy walk or quick Grab/taxi ride into town to see all the major attractions. Our room was well appointed, clean, and super comfortable - it was a great value for how high end it felt. The rooftop bar and infinity pool was so lovely with beautiful views. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend booking here if you're staying in Da Nang!

Beautiful hotel with excellent service. Enjoyed the rooftop pool and lounge. All the staff work exceptionally hard to ensure your needs are met. My only complaint is the price of the shuttle and I could have paid much less by getting a grab.

We stayed at the Mandela Beach Hotel DaNang for 4 nights. It was a very comfortable stay. We had a great room with a balcony that overlooked the beach. The staff are very professional and attentive especially the bellhops who are opening doors for you and helping with your luggage. Breakfast was good with lots of choice. The only negative was that the bathroom only had a tub with a handheld shower so water went everywhere when showering.

The showers were a bit of a pain, they spilled water all over the floor as there was no curtain! Overall, the stay was fantastic. The staff were friendly, and the facilities from restaurant to spa were great. This would be a good stay for all sorts of travellers. The local area is mostly surrounded by hotels, but there are a range of independent local restaurants.

Rooms were spacious, beds are comfy and view was incredible. We enjoyed our stay here, roof top pool offers incredible views of the city and a nice happy hour. Nice gym as well. Definitively a great property, worth the price.

The room and the area was beautiful. The hotel is located directly across from the beach. There are plenty of restaurants right outside the hotel. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast had great options. The only oddity was the shower in the room was a bathtub with a hand held shower attachment. Looked pretty fancy and it worked for a shower, but not what I am used to. The gym was marginal, but it had a couple cardio machines, small dumbbells and some level of universal machine.

Hotel was clean. Staff very friendly and helpful couldn't fault them. Our room was fantastic with balcony view. Breakfast was great. Shower was in the bath and water everywhere and hard for older person to climb in and out I actually slipped on the wet floor. No irons in the room. Only thing wrong was the music so loud from the beach but you get use to it

Property was absolutely beautiful. Had an ocean front room and it was nice to wake up to a sun rise everyday. Breakfast was good but would like a variety on some other days. Had the same stuff every day. Other than that, had a great stay!

I was so impressed by this property. Pool view is amazing . Loved the upgrade. Saw the beach from my room. Was able to easily walk to most places. Staff is so friendly and helpful. Room was clean.

My lady and I stayed at Mandila for seven days. We enjoyed our stay. Our room was cozy, neat and clean. Room service was excellent. All staff were polite and professional. Breakfast buffet had plenty of options. Fruits and vegetables were fresh. Plenty of pastries. Food was good. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked nice with a beautiful view of the beach. One setback was the gym. It was small…maybe for three or four people at a time…and hot. And no cups or towels. You will definitely sweat from the humidity, heat and your workout. Another setback occurred when I ordered a dish which the advertisement clearly showed included cashews. I didn’t see any cashews in my meal and when I brought my observation to the attention of my waitress, she said they were in my meal but were hard to see. I didn’t see any nor did I taste cashews when I consumed my meal. I know some folks would have thrown a nutty, but I maintained my cool composure. A third setback was the positioning of the safe in our room. It was positioned inside our closet, which is standard, but it was practically at floor level. I had to literally lie on the floor to read the safe instructions. It was an inconvenience and a challenge as it would be for any senior citizen (like me) or anyone who is physically challenged. Although not happy with the setbacks, my lady and I would consider staying at Mandila again.
