Good for a central & value for money location
The accommodation was good. The swimming pool was a nice touch and location is walkable to most of the city tourist spots. The rooms were surprisingly quiet given the proximity to the street. The breakfast was average.

This was an amazing find. Yim one of the front desk ladies was so helpful and nice always asking if we needed anything or how our day was when we would arrive from our outings. I would love to stay here again.

Hoi An TNT Villa was great value for money and quiet. Close enough to walk everywhere. Lovely helpful staff and a great breakfast offering. Pool was great and big enough to swim laps. Room was big and had everything in great clean condition. Tv with several english movie channels. Would highly recommend this hotel.

This was the second time my wife and I stayed at the T & T Villa in Hoi An. It is a wonderful, tranquil place with a beautiful pool, spacious rooms and with a lovely family ambience. We love it and would stay again as soon as the opportunity presents. The breakfast is delightful and the staff are above excellent and so friendly. Highly recommend!

Loved this property, spacious room, best shower on our stay in Vietnam. The staff were lovely, the pool was cleaned everyday and so inviting. Breakfast was nice and the location was close to everything. Will definitely be back and recommended this place to other travelers who also enjoyed it. Thank you for making our experience in Hoi An so special.

Hoi An TNT Villa Awesome place to stay
Fantastic hotel in the middle of Hoi An. I would strongly recommend this as it is in the heart of the city. Place is awesome - delicious breakfast and dont forget to eat all the fruits /fresh. I would love to go back to this place. The staff are simply wonderful and very helpful.

Convenient location with easy walk to Hoi An old town. Friendly and helpful staff. Relatively quiet at night. Breakfast was satisfactory. However, the bathroom layout is somewhat strange, and cleanliness could be improved. Sheets were also quite thin. Overall a decent experience if you are looking for a good-value property near Hoi An old town.

Great Location
Good stay overall. City is charming. Be careful in the bathroom as it’s an open shower/toilet so the floor gets super slick. I wasn’t expecting it and after my spouse showered I went in and fell. Housekeeping started leaving more towels so we could put one down to absorb the water. Don’t let the owners talk when you arrive concern you. She guides you to not trust the local people. Even saying they may put powder in your water and offer it to you. Then possibly steal from you. Excuse yourself from this 10 minute chat and go where you want as far as shopping and eating. We loved every place we ate at and had no problems shopping. Book your own tours. We found good deals by researching. All in all, a very nice stay and a great location! The owners daughter is delightful. She is always at breakfast. Breakfast is so/so. Lots of fruit n veggies and eggs made to order. Fine for me but after going to other hotels and comparing breakfast buffet options, my spouse would prefer more meaty variety. Thank you for a nice stay.

It was noisy. Water tank or something on rooftop which made a noise all night long. The room gave clean towels and bottled water each day. Cleaning was very limited. Was there 5 nights and floors and table tops were not cleaned. Overall it’s a nice little place in a good location.

Lovely Hotel in Hoi An
Really loved this hotel. Staff all friendly and nice atmosphere. Swimming pool was good, as was breakfast. Location was great for the historic centre of Hoi An without actually being in the historic centre of Hoi An. The thing I liked the best was the bath in the apartment, it’s been ages since I’ve had a nice bath and this was a great big one. Bed very comfy too. Would stay again if only I was to return one day.

Wonderful TNT Villa
TNT is a wonderful stay. Perfectly located, beautiful rooms and settings. The staff are extremely accommodating and friendly. We had a warm welcome on arrival. They assisted with airport transfers and gave great advice on site seeing during our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel was in a great location within a short walk to old town and a bike ride away from An Bang beach. The hotel itself was very nice and clean rooms were a good size with a view of the pool! They offered a pick up service from the airport which was very convenient for a good price. The staff was incredibly helpful and very pleasant to deal with for any questions, recommendations on trips, and just friendly every time we spoke with them! Excellent hotel.

Excellent stay in Hoi An. Hotel is very clean and quiet, the rooms are big with balcony to the pool. The staff is great, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is excellent. Very close to shops, restaurants, and Historic Old Town. I love this hotel, would stay here anytime while in Hoi An.

I really enjoyed my time at TNT Villa, the location was great, so central, room was great, clean, comfy with a nice balcony. The best part of this hotel were the staff, they were outstanding, right from when I checked in, so friendly and knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Unfortunately I had a bike accident during my stay and everyone was just great. They had the doctor come to the hotel, helped me putting on my bandage (I was traveling on my own), helped me with anything I needed, I just can’t say enough about how great they were 🙏🙏. I felt very comfortable and safe here and as a solo traveler that is very important to me. I would highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely stay there again if I am lucky enough to be back in Hoi An.

Nearness to old town, value for money stay
Walking distance to old town. Room is clean but bath tub at the room entrance is not utilized. There is no lift, and the highest is 4th floor. Room is quiet but there is loud music from the neighbouring house or shop every morning from 7am onwards. Breakfast is simple but good enough. For the price, it is good and convenient place to stay.

Overall, our stay here was enjoyable. The staff is very attentive to your needs and explains the area very clearly upon arrival. They are able to arrange transport to/from the airport or wherever you're traveling from. Motorbikes and bicycles available for rent. Room and bathroom were very clean, however beds were not very comfortable and the linens are only a single top sheet! We were quite cold during the night.

favourite place of our whole trip to Vietnam. great location - AMAZING staff. Especially Ann and Yim. They went out of their way to make sure every assistance was given to us. Incredible service. The villa's are comfortable, clean and spacious. the pool is lovely, the breakfast fabulous.
