When we arrived,we were told that we are the first guest to stay in.What a surprise!!Firstly to say sorry that we managed to wrote a review after 2 weeks.And want to thanks the friendly staff and the hotel manager Minh.Everything is good to go, all new and in very good condition.The staff will very helpful and nice,always smile and attend to assist us promthly when needed.Thanks again for upgrading to exclusive room and also the preparation for the honeymoon deco.Definately recommend for those coming to hoi an.

実はホテルに到着してパスポートで本人と予約を確認してもらい、ウエルカムドリンクのスイカジュースを飲んでいたら､､､なんと！ホテルスタッフのひとりがおもむろに来てスマホに入力した翻訳画面を見せられ、「配管のトラブルで予約された部屋には泊まれない」とまさかのお知らせが‼️ で、ホテルの向こう側に建っている系列ホテルに同等の部屋を用意したので、そちらに移動してくれという。😰聞けば、徒歩1分だという。もうびっくり‼️で、今からすぐ移動する必要があるのかと翻訳アプリで聞くのももどかしく拙い英語で確認すると「Yes」と返事が。😱 同行の友人にスイカジュース飲んでる場合じゃない❗️と慌てて事情を説明して誘導されたホテルへ。もちろんスーツケースは男性スタッフが車に乗せて道路で移動した。わたしたちは、ホテル裏手の駐輪場のようなところや段差に渡してある鉄板のような渡り板のようなところを通され滞在するホテルの中庭に到着した。1分とは言えないがまあ近くではあった。で、ホテルスタッフが言うには、フロントはまっすぐ行ったあちらだが、今からエレベーターで部屋へ案内すると。移動先のホテルフロントにも寄らず直接お部屋へ案内された。確かに予約した部屋と同等かむしろ広く2つの部屋のコネクティングルームになっていた。予約した部屋はベッドが3台だが、代替の部屋にはもう2台ベッドがありちょっと邪魔だった。評価は宿泊したそちらの部屋の評価です。古いなりに清掃は行き届いていたが、なんと夜バスタブにいくら出してもお湯が出ない😥最悪だった。 2泊したが、次の晩はお湯は出た。このことはチェックアウト時にお話ししたが「I’m sorry.」としか言われなかった。😣 また南国だからか中庭ガーデンに植物がたくさんあるせいか室内にもところどころに小さい蟻のような虫を度々見かけた。虫嫌いの人には無理かも。朝食はサラダだけでなく野菜料理の種類が多く女子受けするラインナップだった。評価できるが、ここにも小さい蟻がいて苦手な人にはキツイかも。宿泊ホテルの変更という代償に、ダナン空港へのタクシー手配を申し出られたが、空港には直接行く予定でない旨をお話ししてダナンでの立ち寄り先までタクシーで送っていただいた。このことは評価したい。それからスパは、チェックイン時に予約を相談するとメールで伝えられていたが、心配なので事前にメールで予約したが、これが予約を受けていないと言われ確認すると同じ名前の別のスパで車で10分ほど離れた場所だった。まあこれはこちらの確認ミスでもあるが、スパの予約に住所確認しないし。まさかのホテル移動はあったが、ホテルスタッフは、まあまあ平均以上の対応だった。ただし、全員が英語が、できるわけではなく、翻訳アプリが必要だった。

ホテル自体はよかったですが、宿泊のタイミングが悪かったせいか、12/31に泊まった時、夜中の12：15までディスコ並の大音量で新年パティを開催されていました。パティが終わるまで全く休むことができませんでした。最悪の宿泊体験になりました。このホテルを予約する時、イベントあるかを事前に確認することをおすすめします。自分は、2度もこんなひどいホテルを泊まりたいと思いません。

첫날부터 GLORIA(글로리아)의 따뜻한 환영과 마지막까지 친절한 서비스 너무 좋았습니다. 아이들과의 호이안 가족여행에서 머문곳. 조식, 수영장, 셔틀버스, 자전거 대여 등 모두 만족 스러웠어요. 구름이 많이 낀 날은 수영장 물이 차갑게 느껴지지만 아이들은 아주 신나게 놀았답니다. 다음에 호이안 갈때는 이곳에 다시 머물고 싶어요.

Oppholdet var veldig bra. Hyggelige og hjelpsomme ansatte. Rene rom. Og god, variert frokost. greit med gratis buss mellom sentrum og badestrand. På grunn av været, ble det ikke badestrand på oss. Livlig sentrum, med gode shoppingmuligheter.

スタッフの皆さんはとてもフレンドリーでした。是非また滞在したいです！ホテルの雰囲気は最高です。ロケーションも旧市街までシャトルバスで5分程度。非常に便利です。無料で自転車が借りれるので自由に動けて便利でした。

호텔 앞쪽이 좁고 뒤가 긴 스타일이라 처음 들어설때는 실망할 수 있다. 하지만 시간이 지날수록 선택을 잘했다는 생각이 들고 다시 오고 싶은 곳이다.

가격대비 좋았던 호텔 !

전반적인 평가는 나쁘지 않았다 가격대비 괜찮았다. 하지만 청소시간이 맘대로였다. 점심쯤 청소를 하러왔으나 우리가 안나가있고 방에있어서 30분뒤에 나갈꺼라고 그때 해달라고 했는데 다놀고 저녁에 들어왔더니 그때 청소를 하고있었다.우리가 들어왔을때 급하게 하고 가느랴 제대로 청소가 이루어 지지 않았다. 다른건 나쁘지 않았다 수영장도 깨끗하고 벌레도 한마리 본적 없었다.
