Front of house, Phuong was the most accommodating and accessible hotel manager we have ever encountered. And her staff were all outstanding. Nice pool, clean quiet rooms, comprehensive breakfast menu and nice lunch and dinner menu. I have travelled the world extensively and never stayed somewhere that itemizes literally everything in your room with a price tag even the mattress!? They tried to accuse my kids of breaking a plastic soap bottle which we never used as we brought all our own toiletries. Before you check out they triple check everything. I can only assume they have had some less versed travelers stay with them. Either way not a welcoming or comfortable feeling staying there. I Would not recommend families stay there.
