A lovely place to stay very inexpensive the room is a little smaller than we would normally book but for the location it was something I was happy to accept plus we had a balcony. The host is very nice and accommodating and yes the bathroom is tight and the water does go over the toilet but drys up quickly with a wipe. Thank you for your hospitality we enjoyed our stay and great location.

We were very close to all the sights that we wanted to see and could see the old town from our room. The room itself was good, the bathroom a bit weird as the shower wet the whole bathroom, so the toilet was wet. The TV also had no channels, so could only access netflix. Staff were lovely, they always said goodnight and good morning, they also gave us a leaving gift. Would stay again

The location is good. Walking distance to Old Town n river activities. The family runs this hotel are very friendly easy going pple. Recently they added a lift and tats very useful to take us to our upper floor rooms.

Fantastic hotel. Extremely clean, very close to old town and tons of cafes and restaurants. Friendly owners. 30k vnd to rent a bicycle for a day very inexpensive. Overall very happy with the experience!

Very value-for-money accommodation just steps from Hoi An Ancient Town. Hence you get best of both worlds: Easy access to the must-visit UNESCO world heritage site, and yet away from the busy buzz in a quiet area for a restful stay. Friendly owner and staff who are accommodating and ready to assist. Highly recommended to book river-facing room with balcony.

The couple with daughter run the hotel. They are sooo amazing, helpful, friendly. I have booked excursions through them. They provided great information. Location is perfect - just off main area, thus quiet wile still very close to Hoi An center. Overall amazing.

Nice little hotel in a great area, right on the river. Quieter area, but super close walking distance to the chaos of Old Town. Beds are firm, room was very small, but this is reflecting in the amazing price. Love the balcony. Happy with our stay! Thank you.
