The room was tidy and clean. The price is reasonable if you decide to stay in Hoi An, as some places are more expensive. Every single person I interacted with was warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. The in-house spa was a great bonus after long days exploring. The hotel is conveniently located near the city center and famous attractions, making it very easy to get around. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, equipped with all necessary amenities. The comfortable bed allowed me to have restful sleep after long days of sightseeing. The view from the window was also beautiful, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and professional. They were always ready to assist whenever I needed help, from booking tours to suggesting dining options. Un petit hôtel avec un très bon service. C’est propre, le personnel est sympathique et la plage est tout près, à 3 minutes de marche. Nous avons été un peu déçu du déjeuner si on compare avec les autres hôtels, il n’y a pas de cuisine sur place, donc se sont des plats préparés à l’avance. Le café vietnamien est délicieux mais le format est trop petit. L’hôtel nous a organisé un tour à My Son, c’était parfait.
