We really enjoyed our stay here. We had a lovely spacious room with a small outdoor courtyard, beds were really comfy and good shower pressure. Pool area is really nice, however did notice staff lacked a little attention to maintaining cleanliness (left over drink/food not removed for a long time, used towels left, and occasionally not recognising when fresh towels are needed for guests). Breakfast was really good - good spread of western and Asian. The hotel has bikes available to use which are much needed - around 10 minute cycle into Hoi An old town. The walk itself is around 30minutes. The staff were really friendly to talk to and really appreciated them saying ‘welcome back’ everytime we returned to the hotel!
