They are polite and fluent in English. It is far from the hustle and bustle of the city center, so you can enjoy a calm and peaceful atmosphere. It takes 10 to 15 minutes to walk to the old town, but along the way you can find local shops, restaurants, and coffee shops. It's a short taxi ride to the beach (I walked for an hour each way, but along the way I stopped at the Tra Que area, where is famous for its organic vegetables). The room is clean and spacious with simple colors. Water is served in reusable glass bottles rather than plastic bottles, giving a sense of the environment. The breakfast has enough items to satisfy me, including the egg station and pho station. Good for families and couples visiting the area. The rooms are big, clean and comfortable. The Hoi An Old Town is about 8 min away by foot. One of the days we were at the hotel we order room service for dinner and the food was good, cheap and the portions were big as well. The pool was nice and the property was safe and pretty.
