Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities

This place is perfect for slow travel. It didn’t feel like a tourist hotel at all, but more like living in the neighborhood. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxed, and I loved starting my mornings walking to the local market and having breakfast at nearby local eateries. A great choice for digital nomads.

This Homestay is as beautiful as described and exactly what I was hoping for. I stayed in a sun-filled room with a very spacious balcony. I enjoyed peaceful time here. It became a truly beautiful memory in our journey. I am very satisfied with my stay.

This apartment offered a very different experience compared to a hotel. It felt slower, quieter, and more personal. I loved being able to explore the nearby local market and small neighborhood restaurants. It truly felt like I was living in Hoian, not just visiting it.

I really enjoyed my stay at Du Yen Homestay. The neighborhood is calm and full of homestays, with many foreigners staying long-term, so it has a friendly and international vibe. The homestay offers a shared kitchen where you can cook for free, as well as free washer and dryer, which is very convenient. Free bicycles are also available. Overall, it’s a peaceful, comfortable, and safe place to stay in Hoi An.

Du Yen Homestay is a wonderful place to stay in Hoi An. The room was very new, clean, and well maintained. The area is quiet, peaceful, and feels very safe, which I really appreciated. It’s perfect for both short stays and long-term rentals. During my stay, I met two guys from the US and Denmark who had been living here for 2–3 months and they absolutely loved it. That says a lot about this place.

This Homestay exceeded my expectations. The room was new, spotless, and very comfortable. The area is quiet and relaxing, away from the crowds but still convenient. It’s suitable for short stays as well as monthly rentals. I met long-term guests from different countries who had stayed here for months and really enjoyed it. With free use of the kitchen, laundry facilities, and bicycles, this homestay offers great value and a truly peaceful living experience.
