Nhân viên lễ tân ok nhưng nhân viên phục vụ ăn sáng không được chuyên nghiệp, mình và nhóm có ra quầy lễ tân ghi số phiếu đặt món ăn sáng nhưng khi nhân viên phục vụ đưa món ăn lên thì bị mấy nhóm khách khác không ghi phiếu món ăn dành giựt phần ăn cho nên dù có ghi phiếu ngồi đến 45 phút chờ đợi vẫn đưa món lên chỉ có 1 dĩa bánh mì trứng. ( Mặc dù đã nhắc nhở nhân viên mình đợi đã rất lâu) Nhưng khi bưng lên đúng là món mình và phiếu của mình bạn nhân viên lại nghe nhóm khách khác mà bưng sang bàn khác.
