The rooms were big, beds were comfortable my only issue was there are no doors to the general bathroom area so my sister was staying with my husband and i and it made getting dressed and showered very awkward for her as there was no door. The hotel lives up to their 5 star hotel rating. The onsite manager said one key thing, if there is a problem with your stay let us know, it's too late after you leave, in essense the hotel staff cares about its guests, they accommodated our request and made sure we were well looked after. Hotel is modern and clean, breakfast was enjoyable. 35k grab to old town. Recommeded to stay pool side as the city side can be noisier. The hotel suggested a tour we took to My Son. We took the shuttle to the old Town once.
