I reserved 3 executive twin rooms for 12 people. Two of the rooms were as described, but one of the rooms was in the basement level - 2 basement down to be specific. The moment you stepped down the first basement level, you could smell the stinky odor from the pipe. The room and bathroom were smaller than the other two rooms of the same pricing. When we complained since this room was not the same quality, the receptist refused to assist. So be aware when you book - they have 3 rooms in the basement. There is a famous bakery right across the street, and it is a easy and short walk to the Da lat market. The condition of the hotel is average. The quality and cleanliness of the towel is a concern. Note, however, that we had a room at the back of the hotel, so it was quiet compared to those closer to the street, what with all the horns - particularly the bus horns. The windows in the room sealed well, and the temperature was such that we were comfortable with the window closed, a relief considering no air conditioning. The room was a reasonable size, and the double bed conducive to a good night's sleep. The bathroom was on the smaller side, but entirely accurate. The hotel was renovated in 2015, so is in good shape.
