The main issue for us was in the engineering and design. The property is built with materials that carry and enhance sound. We found it so loud we asked for a refund. Instead we were moved to a 3rd floor room by itself. Although quieter noise still traveled to the room. It was the loudest noisiest place we have ever stayed. Lobby bar never had an attendant. Poor location. The hotel itself was fine and staff helpful, except that the WiFi in my ‘Chalet’was poor. There is a restaurant but really only used at breakfast. The problem with this hotel is its location. No facilities within walking distance. A taxi ride into the city or to local attractions was quick, easy, and cheap, The only thing that was a bit frustrating was that we had incredibly loud neighbors, but management was very kind and did try to help us resolve this.
