Recent stay at La Dalat

We recently stayed at La Dalat hotel in May. The facility is clean, beautiful and well maintained. The staff are very friendly and were able to service our every need. We especially liked the rooftop bar/open area. It is a very pleasant and comforting space. We really liked that they grow their own vegetables and serve those vegetables with their meals. Very nice touch. The quality of the food is excellent. We enjoyed our breakfast every morning. We had a great view of the lake across the way. We loved that. The only area that needs improvement is the hot water service. While there is hot water, you must run the water for a few minutes in order to get hot water. This is a huge waste of a natural resource. The hotel should investigate putting hot water heaters on each floor to eliminate water waste. We look forward to our next stay at the La Dalat hotel in 2025.

Great stay!

Pros- New.. Large rooms, several outlets near bed for recharging devices, 2 large screen TVs with English TV stations. Desk staff extremely helpful- , -Thanks Amy and Tweeng! Last 10 years of my life I have spent mostly on the road-working or on holidays, and I have to say this is the most attentive staff I have ever experienced. Although many of the staff (apart from the desk staff) speak little to no English, there always seems to be someone on site who can speak English and they will find that person for you. Pool is warm and large enough for swimming laps and very clean, towels provided. Fitness center with good selection of free weights and helpful on-site staff. Breakfast offers omelet station. Beautiful grounds on hotel site. Some rooms have fans which help keep temperature down, otherwise rooms can get a little stuffy at night. Cons- a bit far from city center, but only $3USD taxi to get there. Breakfast menu- Asian options not that tasty. Dinner menu -limited things I found tasty After my first few days there, wifi issues began-dropping signal occasionally, then have to log off my computer to get back to hotel wifi logon page, annoying. Housekeeping starts cleaning some rooms early- and can be quite noisy out in the hallways. Cardio machines in fitness center need replaced. Hotel Manager- dedicated ppreciates feedback. Recommend- address wifi issues. Perhaps weekly in-service meetings with staff to address guest feedback. Book early, prices will fluctuate

The hotel it self was lovely. Very clean, well presented and staff very helpful. The only downfall was the lack of people. On the 2nd night I was the only one in the restaurant, for my whole visit no one was ever in the bar or the lounge or the swimming pool. For a single traveller not a very entertaining place but apart from that a very nice place - even if it is a distance from the town centre.

서비스와 시설 훌륭합니다. 도심에서 떨어져있어 교통비가 추가되고 이동 시간이 많이 걸리는게 흠입니다. 근처에 사랑의 계곡과 자수박물관이 있습니다. 사랑의 계곡은 별로인데 자수박물관은 걸어서 3분 거리이니 꼭 가보시길 권합니다. 추워서 온풍기 요구하여 온풍기를 받아서 사용했는데 소음이 장나ㅎ 아니네요. ㅎ
