Not a 4 star hotel as they claim

Hotel workers are not welcoming or friendly to their guests. Checkin process very fast but not much welcoming. They need training on how to treat their customers. Hallway very noisy in the morning and house keeping very rude. Bathroom has mildew all over and curtains looks like never been washed. Walls have not been cleaned in ages with many stains and marks on it. The sofa in the room had stains and pen writing on it. When we checked out they gave us back our documents and didn't say a word. We stayed at the counter for 5 mins waiting. Then they said you are finished. That's it!!! Clearly not a 4 star hotel as they claim. I talked to the hotel manager about our bad experiences and she said she will fix the problems.
