"We were only at the property for a few hours, so a full review is not possible. However, the reservation was performed perfectly, and the room was comfortable and clean, not even a whiff of a problem. As we arrived a bit early, the front desk was able to hold our bags while we attended our event. Upon returning, the front entrance was “ key required “, so that was a bit of an issue as we had not received keys yet. Kind of like we had to “ double check in”. , once at 3:45, again at 11:45. We didn’t really mind, since it seemed to be for security reasons, but it was definitely not expedient. Betts restaurant on site was nice for breakfast, but didn’t open until 8:00 A. M. Location is wonderful for downtown activities, such as Cleveland baseball games. Overall, a good stay, would not mind staying again when the opportunity presents itself."

"This hotel is absolutely gorgeous. The historical charm was kept & you feel welcome & a bit in awe upon entrance. The location is great- walking distance to the downtown Cleveland attractions. There is parking nearby but I used the valet service. (They were prompt, friendly and courteous.) Everyone we encountered was friendly & kind. The gentleman who checked me was amazing. We had a great experience with Mia at the bar. Ana when we checked out was adorable, efficient & hilarious. The lady who made our coffees was excellent. I cannot say enough about the employees. They were a breath of fresh air after a couple of recent, subpar Marriott experiences (most notably at the Dearborn Inn) I look forward to staying at this property again."

"The executive suite had a wonderful view. The style of the room was special. Lots of polished stainless steel in the walls, trim, fixtures, and any finishings. There were automatic window blinds, lots of artwork, and comfortable furniture. The lounge access was nice. The staff were very eager to give you their full attention, even if it meant talking and keeping you company while you wait for your ride to show up. The convenience in its location is stellar too. Walk to and from 4th street and Jack's with ease. Highly recommend if you want to treat yourself."
