Wir waren zum 8.Mal in Duhnen und zum 3..Mal am Kampweg 15. Das Haus ist toll. Der Garten und das Grundstück, komplett abgegrenzt von den übrigen Ferienhäusern sind sehr angenehm.... Wir fahren jedes Jahr glücklich und dankbar für sie angenehme Zeit nach Hause.

Toller Urlaub

Ein uneinsehbares Grundstück und auch das Auto im Innenbereich hinterm Zaun. Sehr ruhige Wohngegend und den Strand erreicht man nach ca. 10-15 Minuten Fußweg. Das Ferienhaus kann man gut empfehlen. Lediglich der Duschraum ist etwas eng und hat auch keine Ablagefläche, z. B. für den Fön. Dies ist etwas umständlich. Wir haben uns aber dennoch sehr wohl gefühlt und würden definitiv wiederkommen.

Vom buchen bis zur Abgabe des Schlüssels nach Beendigung des Urlaubs war die Abwicklung super.

Das Objekt entspricht genau dem wie es im Inserat beschrieben ist. Der große Garten ist ein Traum. Das Wohnzimmer ist gemütlich, Bad, Küche und die beiden Schlafzimmer sind ein wenig „altbacken“ aber okay. Die Wendeltreppe ins Dachgeschoss ist eventuell nicht jedermanns Sache. Kleine Kinder und auch Erwachsene die nicht mehr ganz so gut zu Fuß sind könnten sich ein wenig schwer tun. Das Objekt war sauber und es war alles vorhanden was man benötigte um einen schönen Urlaub zu verbringen.

Kurz mal raus

Schöne Unterkunft modern eingerichtet, bei der Ausstattung fehlt nichts. Wohnung beziehen, abschalten, wohl fühlen. Die Dusche und die Toilette im Erdgeschoss sind zweckmäßig und funktionabel. Bei Bezug mit kleinen Kindern würde die enge, steile Wendeltreppe bei Benutzung durch die Kinder Aufmerksamkeit erfordern. Der Aussenbereich des Ferienhauses ist großartig: viel Platz, großzügige Terrasse mit elektrisch ausfahrbarer Markise, „viel“ Rasenfläche laden zum Toben oder Seele baumeln lassen ein. Auch positiv zu erwähnen ist, dass zur Straße der Garten mit einem ~ 2,2m hohen Zaun abgegrenzt ist. Das ebenso hohe Tor ist abschließbar und ist die Einfahrt zu dem Stellplatz auf dem Grundstück. Auch eine kleine Gartenhütte ist vorhanden, in der Fahrräder, Bollerwägen oder ähnliches eingeschlossen werden können. Alles im allem haben wir uns pudelwohl gefühlt, da an alles gedacht wurde
