In the living room there is a cozy couch with a sleeping function and a large flat screen TV, as well as the dining area, which in turn borders on the open kitchen. The kitchen, which is equipped with all common kitchen utensils, offers everyone fun to cook on holiday. Among other things, the kitchen is composed of a kitchenette with a microwave, refrigerator, including freezer and a 2-plate ceramic hob. The spacious bedroom with large double bed and wardrobe is next to the bright bathroom with shower and toilet. The house has a roof terrace that can be used by the house community, from there you can watch the world shipping route and the island of Neuwerk and enjoy the view. In order to be able to relax a little, you will find a sauna in the basement area with an adjacent swimming pool. Auch diesmal war die Wohnung sehr sauber jedoch waren einige Mängel sofort ersichtlich, andere tauchten später auf. Einige Plissees an den Fenstern waren zerrissen, das Sofa war fleckig, der Mülleimer fiel bei der Benutzung auseinander, es gab lediglich 2Teelöffel und die Fernbedienungen des TV funktionierten nur sporadisch und irgendwann dann gar nicht mehr. Gut, dass wir die Mängel fotografisch festgehalten haben, man wollte uns von Seiten der Verwaltung später für einige Mängel verantwortlich machen. Ansonsten ist es eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit einem tollen Blick ins Grüne. Das Schlafzimmer ist sehr großzügig so dass das Babybett genug Platz hatte. Dafür ist das wunderschöne Bad winzig und nicht beheizbar. Außerdem ist die Küche minimalistisch ausgelegt und so klein, dass man sich beim Abwaschen Platz im WZ suchen musste um das Geschirr abzulegen. Für uns war ein Problem, dass aus der Ausschreibung nicht hervor ging, dass die Wohnung nur über Treppen zu erreichen ist. ##### Silke M. Mir wurde von der Vermietung Cuxland beim aus Checken gesagt das Sie in der Anlage nur 3 Wohnungen haben zur Vermietung und scheinbar nicht wissen das in diesen Haus so viele Wohnungen sind die mit Hunde Vermietet sind das man selbst kaum Ruhe in seiner Wohnung hat vor Hunde Gebell das man sich kaum traute sich zu bewegen.Der Weg zum Strand ist mit Hunden über säht und die teil weise Rücksichts losiegkeit der Hunde Besitzer ist erstaunlich. Frühstückscafe, Fischrestaurant, etc.). Parkplätze direkt am Haus und kostenlos. Der Strand liegt quasi "direkt" vor der Tür und von der Sonnenterrasse ist sogar das Meer sichtbar. Stayed 4 nights in Sep 2021 ### 10/10 Excellent #### Jette A. 5 Aug 2020 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location #### Super Lage Man erwartet absolut nicht, wenn man auf den Parkplatz fährt, dass sich da so eine schöne Wohnung in dem Haus befindet. Einziger Makel: der Backofen fehlt definitiv für gern kochende Pärchen! Aber wir haben es uns auch ohne sehr gut gehen lassen. Auch dass man den Pool und Sauna nicht nutzen konnten war sehr bedauerlich, aber nicht zu ändern. ##### Jette A.
