Holiday Rental “Deichlust Apt. 1” – A Comfortable Getaway in Cuxhaven-Döse
Welcome to the Deichlust Apt. 1 holiday rental, your newly renovated retreat near the sea in Cuxhaven-Döse. The apartment was completely renovated and refurbished in December 2025 and offers modern living comfort in a pleasant atmosphere.
This non-smoking apartment accommodates up to four people and is ideal for couples, families, or a relaxing holiday with children.
In the first bedroom, you’ll find a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a spacious closet. The second bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed (90 x 200 cm) and also features a closet—ideal for children or teenagers.
The newly redesigned living area, with its cosy sofa and satellite/cable TV, is perfect for relaxing evenings.
The modern, fully equipped kitchenette offers everything you need for self-catering: oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, as well as cookware, silverware, and dishes.
The renovated bathroom is equipped with a shower/toilet and a hair dryer.
A designated parking space is not included with the accommodation, but you can park on the street for free.Wi-Fi is, of course, available.
Visitor’s Tax
As the property owner or rental agency, we are obligated to collect the applicable visitor’s tax on behalf of the City of Cuxhaven and remit it to the City of Cuxhaven.
In addition, we charge a service and processing fee of 3% of the nightly rate.

Note: Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. If you’d like, you can easily add a bed linens and towel package for €30 per person. This way, you can arrive relaxed and travel light.
We provide the following starter kit for each guest:
- a cleaning cloth
- three dishwasher tabs
- two trash bags/ reusable bags
- one tea towel
- one roll of toilet paper
