On the 4th floor, which you can easily reach by lift, you’ll find a bright living and dining area with a cosy sofa corner and a sleeper sofa for two people. Large windows create a friendly, light-filled atmosphere. Also on this floor is a separate bedroom and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. The bedroom features a double bed with a continuous mattress that provides a comfortable sleeping surface.

A staircase leads you to the 5th floor. From here, you also have access to the shared rooftop terrace, which is reserved exclusively for the penthouse apartments and invites you to relax in the fresh North Sea air.

The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need for comfortable self-catering: stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and a dishwasher. Dishes, silverware, and kitchen utensils are, of course, provided. Two TVs and Wi-Fi provide entertainment and added comfort during your stay.

The private balcony off the living area, with its stunning ocean view, invites you to linger. On clear days, the view even extends all the way to the island of Neuwerk. Enjoy relaxing mornings here with a cup of coffee or cosy evenings with a glass of wine.
