It is located on the 1st floor, accessible by lift, and features two rooms: a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa (with a sleeper function) and a separate single bed. The bedroom features a double bed with a full-length mattress, ensuring a comfortable and restful sleeping surface. The apartment has a bathroom with a walk-in shower. A covered balcony is available for your relaxation. The accommodation offers Wi-Fi as well as TVs in the living room and bedroom for relaxing evenings.
The amenities are designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible: The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking together, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer compartment in the refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. Dishes, silverware, and kitchen utensils are provided, and the apartment also features a dishwasher. The living area features a dining area with a table and chairs.

As a convenient extra, washing machines and dryers for shared use are available on the ground floor. You’ll also find a bike storage room (with electrical sockets) in the MEERholung building. Additionally, there’s a shower on the ground floor for everyone returning from the beach with dirty feet and paws. You can optionally reserve a private parking space, and electric vehicle charging stations are available.

The location is particularly appealing for anyone who wants to get to the water quickly: the ocean and the sandy beach are just about 400 metres away. You’ll also find a wide range of options for day trips and activities in the area, including restaurants about 200 metres away, as well as sights such as museums and other tourist attractions. There’s plenty to do for leisure and exercise: swimming, kitesurfing, windsurfing, horseback riding, carriage rides, beach volleyball, boat tours, fishing, and cycling are among the options.
