    You can expect a 74 square meter, exclusive vacation apartment in a top location. The beautiful sandy beach is only 70 m away and the Duhner town center can be reached in a few minutes on foot.

    The apartment "Litfaß 11" offers space for up to 3 people and is furnished to a high standard and very comfortably. You will find a spacious living and dining area with a modern and well-equipped fitted kitchen and satellite TV, two bedrooms (1st bedroom with double bed 180 cm x 200 cm and satellite TV; 2nd bedroom with single bed 100 cm x 200 cm), two barrier-free bathrooms with shower, WC, washbasin and towel warmer. The apartment has two furnished balconies facing east.

    The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and a ventilation system that regulates the supply and exhaust air.

    All windows are fitted with electric shutters and triple glazing;

    The apartment door is soundproofed and equipped with a front door intercom and a video transmission system for access control.
