The beds were not comfortable and when I woke up I had a few onsect bites. The breakfast was amazing, the lady at the restaurant was fantastic. All the staff was amazing.

This place is conveniently locked near shops and banks, and a quick taxi to anywhere in the city! The bed was amazing but the toilet in my room was broken and some mold on the ceiling and the shower curtain was dirty…but it was so dark, quiet and really comfortable for sleeping! Also, the breakfast was amazing!! And they have tea available on every other floor. So you just have to decide what is important… I always felt safe and the bed was super clean and the staff were so helpful and friendly! I would stay here again

The property description was a complete lie. No sound proof rooms, no king sized bed, bathroom was disgusting and it was very cold... would not recommend this hotel.

Lo único positivo de este hotel es su excelente ubicación. Sin embargo, mi experiencia en general fue bastante decepcionante y creo que otros viajeros deberían conocer estos detalles antes de reservar. 1. El hotel no es como aparece en las fotos. No cuenta con jacuzzi en todas sus habitaciones como dice en la descripción, aunque da esa impresión en la información publicada. La habiatacion deluxe Que anuncia no existe si no es la básica Además, la calefacción tiene un costo adicional por noche de 20 soles y a final no funciona 2. El desayuno es muy limitado. El horario que informan no siempre se cumple. Si deseas un segundo huevo frito, debes pagarlo aparte. La leche la sirven en una cantidad muy pequeña y el queso solo lo incluyen si lo solicitas con un día de anticipación. 3. El agua caliente tarda aproximadamente 15 minutos en salir y el baño se siente bastante antiguo. También tuve un inconveniente al contactar a Expedia para reportar estas situaciones. Cuando Expedia habló con el hotel, este negó varios de los problemas mencionados. Además, la persona encargada me sugirió cancelar la reserva realizada por Expedia para ofrecerme otra habitación directamente, evitando así pagar la comisión a la plataforma. Mi intención no es perjudicar al hotel, sino compartir mi experiencia para que otros huéspedes puedan tomar una decisión informada antes de reservar.
