Except staff and location nothing is good at this hotel. I did not like that they charged me penalty for going to a different hotel after having such a bad experience.

If you considering chosing this hotel the answer is simple, don't. 1. Hot water rarely worked 2. No heating 3. Portable heater provided then at checkout try to bill you for it 4. Power to portable heater socket strangely stopped working despite other power working 5. Room stunk of dampness and walls damp 6. They watch what you do like a hawk 7. At checkout they get agro and try charge you for whatever they can I don't really have anything positive I can say. Its a hotel, ok not fancy but a hotel not a hostel. Accordingly it should be much better. There seemed to be much better options in Cusco. Even if this is a bit cheaper don't stay here, you'll be regretting it like I did. Better elsewhere even if you have to pay a little more its better than regretting what you have paid for considering the points above.
